There is a playback problem with AMD 1.8MHz/MSI Motherboard.  When the CDROM is being accessed the sound breaks up.  This doesn't happen with Windows Media Player.

While I was installing software and playing a Windows Media file from the hard drive the decoding started runing slower, like slow down a record.  The sound would also break up.
What is the proble?
