Hi all,

I have been having a problem with the current version of MC 11.1.  For several months every time I launch it the FIRST time after a reboot, it crashes.  After that, I can launch and run it fine... until I reboot the computer again.  I reinstalled the same version over the top of the old installation.  Doesn't work.  Been using this program since version 7 and love it, but this is frustrating...

Using XP SP2.

Searched here but didn't find anything...

Any help?

Could you install the trial version of MC12?  Under Help/Logging, you can set up logging and send us one following a crash.

You don't need to uninstall MC11.1 but backup your data first and install MC12 to a different location.
