Smartlist problem

Does anyone know how to create a smartlist that shows only files that have are played on an ipod and then added to the smartlist when new songs are p[layed on it?

bump; anyone figured out a solution to this? i'm looking for the answer to this as well.

also as an extra question, is there any way to clear the number of times a song has been played (basically reset all play counts to 0, or do it manually for certain songs, playlists, etc.)
