User I/F Problem - Scroll Bar Doesn't Work

In Version 12.279 (haven't downloaded anything newer), the mouse doesn't move the vertical scroll bar in the Browse window of the Rename Files from Properties procedure. Have to click above or below the elevator to scroll.

Probably heard this a zillion times, but then again, maybe not...

While we're on the subject of scrollbars.. the scrollbar handle in the Obsidian skin (Theater View) does not display. I've become reliant on this as a visual aid to help know how far down in a list I've navigated to (via remote control).
