im using msn live and i really liked the plugins for previous versions of jriver that let u show wat u were listening to on msn, but either with the new jriver 12 or with the msn live these plugins do not work anymore so i was wondering if anyone knew of a different plugin that would work or even a regestry edit

I installed this on latest build of Media Center 12 and it works just fine for me.  Have you made sure you have both options active in both J River and Windows Live Messenger?  I believe you have to configure it under services and plugins in J River and check active before it will work.  At least I had to.
