How do I stop MC12 from reacting when I insert a CD?

I do all my ripping outside of MC12 but I cannot find a way to stop it responding when I insert a CD.  I don't want MC12 to respond I want it to ignore the CD.  How do I tell it not to respond?

Under MC's File Associations, there is a check box at the bottom for CD's.  Uncheck it.

Many thanks, Jim.  I seem to remember unchecking that a long time ago - perhaps an interim build reset the option...
