hi all , i have just installed media player 12 and it seems a very good program, one problem i am having is i have not been able to update the information on my music or obtain album art , i am connected to the internet and i have clicked the correct options for getting the stuff, but it displays a message saying album art downloaded in 00.00 secs, if anyone has the answers i would be grateful
