Waiting for a key

I requested a key and I have not received it yet for MC11.  How long should it take, I've waited about 2 hours.

It happens instantly, so you should have the e-mail within 2 or 3 minutes.

Your e-mail address for your license is similar to the one you used on the forum, but it's at hotmail.  Hotmail sometimes dumps our e-mail.

I can change it to your forum address if you want.

If you could, that would be great.  I had to change my user ID from my original since I could not log in too.  I've been a user since 2003.
