Trying to download MPE Encoder

Trying to download MPE Encoder, I get "cannot connect to server".

What is MPE encoder? Did you mean MP3 encoder? What kind of browser are you using? Do you see message box which says: "This action will install a Media Center component..."?

Whoops, yes MP3 Decoder, using IE Version 6. While trying to rip a CD

I get a small window sometimes it says " Cannot create plug-in MP3 Encoder error 80040154

Sometimes it says cannot connect to server

Make sure your version of MJ is current.

Log in as a user with admin privileges.

As before, if I click the "check for updates" I get cannot connect to server!!!!!!!!!!!

Still Cannot connect to server;

Check for updates "failed to connect to server"
Try to download MPE Encoder, "cannot connect to server".

Is there a tech nical support Email address???

This is support.

Try updating MJ.  8.0.392 is current.

The problem could be a proxy server setting.  Check your settings in IE.

Try a search on google for "proxy settings" and "IE".
