I am looking for a router that has the following capabilities:-
1.   Load balancing, 2 WAN ports,
2.   Site to Site VPN,
3.   VPN Server, for individual client access, and
4.   Control over the routing that will force a given URL to be directed through a particular WAN channel.

Any ideas would be VERY much appreciated.  I am replacing a (somewhat old) Symantec 200r and it does all of the above except for 4 (which is now a problem)…
