I  recently tried Media Center 12 and when I went to purchase,  my only option was media 13.  I am finding many of the customizations in 12, such as EQ custom settings and MP3 options did not carry over to the new 13 release.  Is anyone else having similar problems.

Also when setting the MP3 to force output to only 192 does not work as it did in 12.

I had the same problems you mentioned, but it's also hanging and then not shutting down fully, so I have to terminate the process.
It's not the 'gif' thing, because gifs are not associated or being imported in any settings.
