Pluggin the Player MC Crash
« on: November 26, 2008, 10:37:32 pm »

If I have the MC Open and I plug my Samsung P2 the MC Crash with Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error. And it close. On the other hand if I have the player plugged already in the computer and I open the MC it works fine. This is all I got from the Event Viewer:

Faulting application media center 12.exe, version 12.0.534.0, faulting module media center 12.exe, version 12.0.534.0, fault address 0x002dea65.

Is not a big deal cause I kow now that I have to connect the player first, but it will be good if it fix.

EDITED
Now even if I have the player connected when I open the MC it crashed, now I cant sync my music of Videos =(

Welcome to the forum.  I don't recognize this problem.  Options you have:

Uninstall any software that is used with the device.  You could try reinstalling later.

Turn off options in MC for audio analysis, cover art lookup, etc.

Double check your settings in MC for the device.

Try MC13.  There is a 30 day trial.  If you bought MC12 after August 8, you received an MC13 license that will work with it.
