Hi. I have purchased the MC 13 upgrade on October 26 but still have not got the code.
What should I do?

We have no record of a purchase.  Did you buy from JRiver?  The amount in your private message is not an amount I recognize.

Was it a Paypal purchase?

You can upgrade to JRiver Media Center 13 beta for $14.98 until Friday -- $19.98 after that.  You can find MC13.0.61 now on the MC13 board at Interact.  New features are listed on the MC13 board.

We'll look a little more, but the price doesn't make sense.

We've checked some more and don't believe you were charged.  Do you see a charge on your credit card statement?

The quote I sent to your box is from my credit card statement.
I can't explain the price difference.

I'm sorry, but we show no purchase by you on the dates shown (November 24, November 25 of 2008).  I can't find any MC13 license in your name.  The amount isn't one I recognize and the cost on those dates was $19.98.  I think your only option is to ask your credit card company to reverse the charge.  They may have made a mistake.

Earlier nickb said that the purchase date was October 26 (not November). Naturally I can't know if that is correct, but you indeed had the short time offer for early upgraders. It was available when the first version that needed the MC13 license was released:

Earlier nickb said that the purchase date was October 26 (not November).
He did say that, but the email statement from the card company said November.  The special price was over on the dates specified.
