Web Media File Directory (for YouTube Videos)

Can it be changed to something other than "My Web Media" under "My Documents"?  If so, how?  I couldn't find it under OPTIONS.

When you click on the youtube thumbnail and select 'Download the File and add it to my library' it lets you choose the save location every time...
