Install hangs

Trying to upgrade MC13 from MC11.  Install hangs and fails.  All virus and firewalls turned off.  running XP SP2

Try an uninstall and reboot. 

Wait an hour.  If you have a large library, conversion could take a while.

Look for a message box behind the main window.
