Hi,

Can someone tell me where the thumbnails are kept and how do I change them, save my own, where to get them.

You can't change them directly.  Use MC to do it.

In the tag, click on the small icon of the file.  Then you can right click on it to add a thumbnail.  Copy from IE and paste there, for example.
