better explorer replacement for physical organization that looks like extended explorer windows:
 multiple detactable windows, move and copy between them etc).

better library sharing where multiple people can change the library:
update tags/playlists on the remote server, or synch library tags/playlists of two libraries.
Should cover both the scenario where the physical files are shared or not shared.

integration with web tv sites (who has cable tv anymore?)

recording capability?  [not sure if this is possible due to copyright issues]

+1 for both of these.  Currently I dread adding new tracks to the library because, tagging them, then moving them afterward takes way too many steps.
