Likewise, and as of 06/08/09, my card has been chrged 15.99 for a service that I am not receiving and from the looks of this board, may not receive . need some info. really can't just let this sit indefinitely. I'm getting a sour taste for the MC 14 Upgrade I just purchased right before PMC went down.
I have boasted on JRiver products and services over the years & will probably continue to do so. All attention seems focused in the direction of the MC board. Did I miss a PMC going out of business announcement? Checking back on this forum for an update constantly is "not" the way to handle it when you're dealing with credit cards and mthly chgs. If there's a problem, why not send an email similar to the few I received the past couple of days regarding MC 14. I don't expect to go searching MC's board to find info on Performer nor do I have the time. I do pay for them separately, do I not?

To be quite clear, before today my "login name" was meant as a joke, as I am the last person to complain and normally would say very little. It's obvious that a few of us want to know what is going on and have been patiently waiting. I'm a customer, not a shopper. Right now, and at least until I regain my solace, I'm a disgruntled, "crabby" one.
