How does MC's "Radio" learn?

I know that Radio learns if there is a track I do not want to listen and then I press next.
But how does it learn? Is it form the tagging? From the genre? From the artist? Or from location?
The reason I want to know is because I want to know whether Radio would "learn" BETTER if I had to tag ALL my music. If it is tagging, should I concentrate on genre ... or on artist .... or any other tag specific type ... ot ALL tagging?
Or if it's not  based on the tagging, then what should or could I do to help MC's Radio "learn" better from me clicking next track?

btw, these results were found with a quick search for 'radio and learn'. None of them quite give a definitive answer, but I'd guess that's the most precise you'll get on the subject from the JR crew.

Thanks bunglemebaby. I appreciate the effort. I did read most of that already. I'm honestly disappointed in the support here. I think JRiver could have at least made an effort to respond. Wouldn't that be the minimum support one could ask for? I feel like I like I'm wasting my time comin here for "support" , so I'm not going to bother in the future.
