Can't adjust recording speed

Hello All-

When I attempt to burn a CD, the "dialog box" at the bottom constantly shows 2X as the speed, even though under Settings, Options I changed it to 4X.

At the rate it records, it seems to be only 2X. Does anyone have an idea on how I can get the "dialog box" to show the proper recording speed? ?

if you want it to go faster you need to buy it.
