importing documents - problem with the [Name] field

hi,

I import word (2003) documents that are named using hebrew letters.
MC13 (171)  fills the [Name] field (on import) with junk chars.
When I do "fill using file name" the [Name] gets fixed.

same thing in MC14.
Is there a configuration issue (I use tahoma with hebrew script)? a bug?
