Has MC 13 development ended ?

As there has not been a new release for nearly a month, I was wondering whether development of MC13 has drawn to a close.

If so, is it time to migrate to MC14 ?

Nothing major will be changed.

When to switch to MC14 is your decision.  MC13 is more stable.

What about bug fixes? There is a bug in the My Movies data upload (discussed here http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=51521.msg356516#msg356516 ).

Will this be fixed at MC13 or in 14?
