Media Center 13 freezing and shutting down

I keep having problems with Media Cetner 13 NOT RESPONDING and then shutting down.
It's really annoying, especially since I've paid for the product. I don't seem to be able to find any ACTUAL customer support...only this stupid forum. Can anyone help? Anyone know how to fix this problem? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work.
Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

I've seen this several times today.  You'll be flipping between views or otherwise clicking something when MC freezes for a number of seconds then crashes hard.  I have never seen MJ12 do that.

There are a lot of reasons that could happen.  Try the link called "Stability" in my signature.

More details might help narrow it down.
