Failed to load JRTools.dll

I am in the tryout period. Yesterday I installed MC13. For the third time I got the following message: "The following module has failed to load: c:\progra~\jriver~\mediac~.exe". Then the advice to reinstall the program. I hope this will not go on endlessly. Do you have a solution to prevent this problem?

Try to uninstall, reboot, and reinstall.

Make sure nothing is changing the program or interfering (virus checker, etc.).
