Audio sync with 1080p
« on: August 28, 2009, 09:27:15 pm »

I am having problems with my 1080p mkv files, the audio is always out of sync. It is not on my end as the files work perfectly in mplayerc. I never had this issue with MC13, I am hoping you have a fix because I would rather use JRiver for all my entertainment needs. Thanks in advance

Try changing the DirectShow filters.  Our wiki has a topic on DirectShow.

Are you using AC3filter? I've found that the ffdshow audio decoder causes sync problems much more frequently. With AC3filter you can easily, manually adjust the audio sync up to 0.5 seconds (or 1 sec, perhaps?) in either direction.
