I paid my $24.98 (at least I think my card was charged).  The registration number came up on my browser.  It then seemed to install itself.  Couldn't have been easier, but . . .

1.  Because the registration number was hyperlinked, I clicked on it (perhaps twice).  Does that mean that that I used up more than one restore for the install key?

2.  How is the install key diff. than the registration number?

3.  How do I get an install key if I want to activate MJ 8.0 at work?

Thanks for all your good work.

Thanks for your purchase.  We have a FAQ here on license questions.  It's right above.  "Price, Payment, etc".

I read the FAQ.  Doesn't say whether my clicking on the link a second time zapped my account of another restore.

The answer is no.  A restore is a restore.  Clicking on the link just installs the license.

Hi Jim.

I too have a question about licensing.  Recently (last 2 or 3 weeks) i have had some problems on my 2 home PC's which have resulted in MJ having to be relaoded.  Instead of using the right click "save as" option when installing the license from your web site I have clicked on it seperately for each machine, and agin when i messed up my PC straight afterwards.

Is there a way of telling how many "restores" i have used or have left?

Can i log on now and "save as" my latest restore / install key to use on my new PC, without having to waste a restore?

Sorry to be a pain with such an inane question but i really do appreciate the help you guys give.

Cheers

Graham

You can enter your e-mail address and receive this information by e-mail.  It doesn't use a restore.

Where do you enter your email to check how many restores you have left?
