CD-G support

That's the one thing that is missing from Media player. I and others have a ton of CD-G files and CD-G disc that I have to use another player for :(
It pretty much will play everything else.
It would be a nice addition to the player.

I want this too, would be great native support for cd-g and mp3+g , I also have lots of ripped karaoke cds and want to use it with MC !!! please add this "must" feature !!
