How to get the correct url for radio record

Hi all, I would like to record BBC london radio in the afternoon to listen to in my car.
How do I get the correct url to record. The page I goto to listen is

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/bbc_london/

but I can't work out the feed I need for the MC scheduler.

You can find the here also: http://bbcstreams.com/

It is or was possible to use URLsniffer to find the rtsp stream but that was replaced with an announcement for a format upgrade. Program URL's on the Listen Again service can still be detected this way though, at least when I just tried!
