delete from handheld not in playlist?

When i look at my phone on MC, there are pictures and videos, and music, and a lot of other files and crap that i have no clue what they are. if i make a music playlist and want just the music to be deleted it not in the playlist, and i hit that delete all not on list thing, will it delete my pics, my videos, and all that system crap that shows up in the details on MC?
