How do i get this charge removed, i set up when it was the three month free thing, and then canceled it ot a regular purchase subscription, but i still have charges to my account.

We do not have a 3-month trial.  When you sign up for Performer, there is a 14 day trial period.  The trial period expires at the end of 14 days and converts to a month-to-month program.
