Albums/artists just not showing up

I have a Music Genre screen where I can click Country, Rock, etc. to see just those artists.  But some artists simply don't show up, and I can't figure out why.  Hank Williams (country) shows up in my "Artist" list, but not in my Genre list or my Artist, Album and Song List screen.  I have verified that Hank Williams's genre is set to Country.

This happens with many of my artists/albums.  What's going on here?  What am I missing?

Check both Artist and Album Artist carefully.  Try editing them.  I believe you'll find this topic on the Wiki.
