Unable to play music file via direct icon click

Hi all,

I am unable to play an mp3 by double clicking on the file icon in a folder.  When I attempt to do so, Media Jukebox (ver 8.0.279) opens, but does not play the file.  It simply sits quietly waiting for some action on my part. I have never had this occur until I upgraded to 8.0.

Has anyone got a solution to this?

Does anyone have any thoughts on a solution to this problem I am having...  Please read my earlier post.
