Apple lossless support?

As I wrote in other posts, with mobility and iTunes drive from Apple this standard is increasing importance.
There is no problem to enable playback in MC15 with different codecs available.
However, it's very strange that MC15 is not supporting cover art reading from ALAC files. Other W7 apps do it. Why?
