Moving MJ 12 to another PC

I'm sure I read a thread some time ago about this, but when I search I come up with nothing. I need to move my complete MMJB 12 and library to another PC.  If I copy the actual files to another computer as they are, then back up 12 and move to another computer, then install 12 and run auto-import should that work?
