Multiple copies of same track in play list

I am currently using MC15 demo version and have encountered three copies of each song in a particular cd that was downloaded from hd tracks.  When I look at the NAS, it only shows one copy of each track.  I deleted the two extra from the play list but they appeared again when I opened MC15 the next time.

Any thoughts?
