Sidecar Cover Art Problem

There appears to be a bug with sidecar associated coverart.  If I try to import video files and all associated tags (sidecar files in this case) and cover art on a new machine, MC doesn't show the cover art.  If I do this on a machine that previously displayed the cover art, it seems to work.
