Where is 15.0.31?

Several threads refer to this release = as the one where synching playlists to iTunes was introduced.  I have 15.0.174, and when I check for updates it says there are none...

15.0.174 is the last build of MC15.  MC16 is an upgrade and is available on the download board.  It's $26.98.
