Is it possible in Standard view to have different columns for Audio,Video and Tv.
For example I want the Series column in TV but not in movies.

You could create custom views in the tree, apply a filter to show the appropriate media type / sub type, then show or hide fields as appropriate.
Then ensure you save the scheme.

So I would have to create three customized views?

I would imagine so, given that you're talking about 3 different Media Types, all with different field visibility.
Someone else may have a better idea, though.

I would use custom presets and not custom views for this. Adjust your columns as you wish and then right-click on the heading – presets – save.
IMHO the advantage of presents is that you could use them also in playlists, smart list or in playing now.
