Try both choices for WASAPI.

Describe your setup in more detail.

No volume control: have you tried Internal Volume?

small dips say 1 minunte apart: some anti virus polling the internet?
Start Windows Resource Monitor and check if there is a process peaking the moment the drop-out occurs

No difference with WASAPI.
I use Laptop to Hiface EVO (USB).
I even tried wired LAN so thats not the case.
I use AVG anti virus havent tried to shut it down yet.
I seen (heard) That it´s more that a cople of times a minute.
And if I play long enogh it allmost dissapears completely.
I apriciate all suggestions.

I would try this:

Increase the primary buffering size in Options > Audio > Output mode settings...
Select 20 seconds for prebuffering in Options > Audio
Turn off from memory playback

I tried the above with no luck.I aslo tried playback on Foobar and on newly ripped Flack and AIFF files with the same result blipps in the musik.More tips are welcome...

Edit: And even tested flac files on the laptop hdd.

Edit 2:Now I know where´the failt is,it is the Highface EVO that makes the blips.I tried the smaller Highface I have layung around here and it doesnt make any blips.
Any tips or why it makes the blips?

I finally found the fault.  I was using the wrong driver,I had been using the Hiface beföre the EVO and I had just been installing the EVO driver above other which didn't work. I had to remove the old drivers before installing the EVO drivers.  Now it´s working.

Thanks for all the tips!
