When I close Firefox, MJ opens (when it hasn't been running)

Hi there ... there was an older post similar to this, but it was unanswered.

Simply, when I close Firefox, Media Jukebox pops up ... this happens when MJ hasn't even been running. No idea here, folks. Might it have something to do with Foxytunes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Media Jukebox 14.0.166
Firefox 8.0 with Foxytunes 4.3.3
