Often I like to go to a Category view with thumbnails, and simply "spin" the thumbnails some random distance and select a pseudo-random album to play from there.  Obviously, the distance is very limited.

It might be kind of fun to have MC perform the same action generally (but with much better randomness).  It would spin or roll the thumbnail list (randomly move w/animation to some album, or a simulated spin/roll animation), and select an album for playback.  If the selected album is not ideal for the moment, we can spin again.

Think of it as an Album Slot Machine.
