I'm not sure what a seg is, but you can jump chapters with the previous and next buttons and jump time with the left and right buttons.

You can configure the jump size for left / right in Options > Video > Advanced.

I just realized you probably want this for audio, not video.

For audio, the jump times are not configurable. You can issue seeks of any size using the MCC_SEEK_FORWARD / MCC_SEEK_BACK commands directly (command line, web service, custom shortcut) but this is a little complicated.

I know how to configure. But the minimum is 5 seconds, not 1 second. I guess it is not possible then?
