choppy cutting out audio in burnt dvd's
« on: January 03, 2012, 08:36:12 pm »

hi, i am trying desperately to burn utube videos to dvd to play on my home theater, however, in all the burned dvd's the audio is choppy and stuttering bad. I have adjusted every setting in: Mc, Firefox, Windows XP, and the utube site as well.  I am running a Dell 2400 with a brand new lighton lightscribe burner. I am downloading with Realdownloader, and converting the video with Anyvideoconverter to MPEG. My father burns them to .AVI, but that would not work. I have been trying to find a way for 4 or 5 years to play concert footage from U-Tube on my HDTV and play thru my home stereo. I thought MC would do it for me, but the audio on burned dvd's is cutting in and out. It plays fine thru MC, however I have to check the utube settings before downloading, or the downloaded video will stutter, video and audio both . Any help or alternate software to download/convert would be great!

Try working through this:

In particular, reduce the audio buffering.
