Best way to do this? Make a converted copy to external...

What would the easiest way to do this be? My collection is all FLAC but sometimes I want to throw a bunch of MP3's onto a disc or usb drive. I have been doing this manually but I bet there is a built in way to do this I haven't found.

Also I am primarily using a remote MC client so I think this complicates things maybe.
