can not play vcd`

for some reason i can not play vcd's any tips?

VCD is nothing more than an MPG file and some other jibberish designed to play on hardware. Here is what you can do:

#1. Go into the disc and into the folder labeled "MPEGAV" and you should see a file named "AVSEQ01.DAT"
#2. Copy that file onto you hard drive (this could take up to 10 minutes)
#3. Rename to a filename of your choice followed by .MPG [e.g. Star Wars II - Attack Of The Clones (part 1 of 2).mpg]*
#4. Now open the MPG file in Media Jukebox or any movie player

* Not that anyone would have that movie, it's not even out yet. That's just plain silly.

Thanks, have been doing that, was hoping there was a way MJ could play them, windows media player will play the >dat files from the cd though so saves copying them across to the hdd, if you associate it with those files, MJ wont play them unless you change the extention to mpg etc
