Netflix Instant Queue on client machine will not empty

I don't know if this is a bug, or something specific to my setup, but on one of my client machines I can not remove items from the "Instant Queue" in Netflix. I can select the movie/show, click on the "remove from queue" leave Netflix, exit MC, but when I go back into Netflix the item is still in the queue (except now there is an option to "add to queue", so my change requests are being seen).

I'm not seeing this problem on my other client machine.

I went to the Netflix website (from the MC program "Manage Netflix account...") and the items (actually two) are not showing in my Instant Queue on the website - they are just stuck in my Queue in the MC Netflix program.
