Restoring License

I Just purchased the last update I even saved it to floppy disk. Now I just got the update 8.0.265 and it not excepting my file or licence?
So I try the web and I put in my email address and it tells me it not found? Now what?

If you purchased an 8.0 license, you should have received e-mail.  If not, give your details to gateley @ jriver.com.  No credit card number is necessary.
