I see that MP3tag has a few options listed as 'extended' fields; rating mm, rating winamp, rating wmp. I've tried them all, but none show the ratings I've added with Media Center.

Anybody have any idea how, or if it is possible to see and change MC's rating from MP3tag?

Well, I've figured it out... (It only took a few months, and much trial and error)

Create a new custom tag in MP3tag named Rating:

1) Right click in column header and choose 'Customize Columns...'
2) Click New
3) Enter Data:

     Name: Rating
     Value: %RATING%
     Field: %RATING%

That's it. My problem was I wasn't putting anything in the Value box and I guess that is how it pulls the data from the existing file.
