Dysfunctional volume control in gizmo on SE Experia Arc S

Hi Everybody.

When I try to adjust volume on my PC (that acts as the server) with gizmo on my Sony Ericsson Experia Arc S nothing happens. Is this a bug? The PC is hooked via usb to a dac that goes to my stereo. Song selection and everything else works just fine.
