Misinterpreting while importing .rmp playlist
« on: April 26, 2002, 02:25:55 am »

Hi!

I'm trying to convert from using RealOne, but I have a lot of playlists I want to bring along.

But when i open those .rmp playlists, MJ can't find the files. I gets filenames like: http://localG:\my music\.... or something, while the file should have been at G:\my music. I've been looking a bit for similar posts, but couldn't find anyone. I have build 257.

Please help!

Hi Fudon,

Try this.  Select one of your playlist in Realone.  Start playing.  Open the "now playing" window.  It should have your playlist there at the top and then down at the bottom there is a "disk" shaped icon for saving.  Select "save as" and select the ".m3u" option.  Then open MJ and use it to import the m3u file you just created.  It should work like a charm.

Good Luck.
